Sarstedt's well-established line of screw cap micro tubes with o-ring seals is also available in PCR Performance Tested and Biosphere® purity certification options. PCR Performance Tested tubes are batch tested to guarantee no detectable human DNA, DNase, RNase, or PCR inhibitors.
For compliance with more stringent purity requirements, Biosphere® micro tubes are DNA-, RNase-, and ATP-free and non-pyrogenic. An additional validated step irreversibly degrades even the smallest DNA fragments to ensure that Biosphere® tubes are 100% free from DNA. An independent comparison report is available upon request.
All certified screw cap micro tubes are packaged in small bag quantities to minimize handling contamination, and most feature printed graduations and a writing space.
