LSP-T Series Diamond ATR Analyzers

Durasens LSP-T series Diamond ATR Analyzers are compact, easy to use analyzers designed for the rapid analysis of liquids, oils, emulsions, gels, pastes, and slurries under controlled temperatures by mid-IR FTIR spectroscopy. These analyzers are ideal for composition verification and multicomponent analysis of samples in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, and related industries.

The LSP-T Series Analyzers feature a built-in multiple reflection diamond ATR sampling element. A flow liquid cell is available for flow-through and/or sealed cell measurements. In addition to the standard FTIR software, the LSP-T Analyzers feature integrated chemometric software. The integrated chemometric software can be customized to fit the customer’s particular application.

To analyze a sample, no sample preparation is needed. A minute quantity of sample (a microgram) is simply placed on the sampling area and the results are ready in less than 3 minutes. Clean up is equally easy – a simple wipe of the diamond sampling element. Since diamond is highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion, even the most challenging samples can be analyzed.

Temperature control of the sample is also easy since the new Durasens analyzers also feature a built-in sample temperature controller that is controlled within the analyzer’s own FTIR software.
