The NuAire LabGard model NU-430 is a Class II, Type B2 Biological Safety Cabinet that features down flow air drawn from within the laboratory or outside air. No down flow air is drawn from the cabinet exhaust air. All down flow and inflow air is exhausted through a HEPA filter into the facilities HVAC system without recirculation within the cabinet. The Type B2 Biological Safety Cabinet may be used for work with volatile toxic chemicals and radionuclides as required as adjuncts to microbiological studies.
