The GeneQuest, BioQuest and BioAquarius series provide a wide range of spectrophotometers, starting from dedicated DNA/RNA analysers to more sophisticated spectrophotometers which can help with structural elucidation.
Easy to use, versatile, PC controllable, many molecular biology spectrophotometers may also be used for other general purpose laboratory applications too.
Both our single and double beamed instruments perform pre-programmed assays for nucleic acids, proteins, oligonucleotides, experimental thermal melt and cell culture determinations. User-programmed methods, are easily made and stored.
Features include high performance wavelength scanning, multiple wavelength analyses, up to 4 th order derivatives of spectra, kinetics and calibration curve fitting.
These versatile spectrophotometers are fully accessorised, so that nano tray cells, automatic eight cell changers, temperature controlled cells, sipper systems, 100 cm path length cells, ultra-micro sampling automated sampling etc. may be used.
