Axio Observer is configured with premiere ZEISS optics and can perform DIC, PlasDIC and phase contrast. The Axio Observer is optimized for fluorescence with an innovative beam path, easily accessible reflector turret and a wide range of light sources including self-adjusting HBO lamps, various long-life metal halide lamps and high performance LEDs. High speed shutters are also available.
The Axio Observer can be expanded cost-effectively from a basic stand for tissue culture and fluorescence to a high speed imaging system with multiple optical sectioning techniques available.
