Human Pi GST ELISA Kit

The Pi GST EIA is a quantitative enzyme immunoassay for specific detection of Pi GST in Human urine samples.

The assay has a range of 1.25 - 40ug/L

The test procedure is based on the sequential addition of sample, antibody-enzyme conjugate and substrate to Microassay wells coated with anti-piGST IgG. The resultant colour intensity is proportional to the amount of piGST.

Pi GST is specific to the distal tubules of the Kidney and can be used as an early indicator of Stage 3 kidney damage.
