The LUMIstar Omega from BMG LABTECH is perfect for all flash and glow luminescence assays such as ATP, firefly luciferase, dual luciferase, DLR®, Gaussia, Cypridina, Red Firefly, and Green Renilla.
All microplate types up 1536-wells can be used on the LUMIstar Omega and additional detection modes (full spectrum absorbance, fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization (FP), and time-resolved fluorescence) can be added to do assays such as HTRF®, LanthaScreen®, and AlphaScreen®/AlphaLISA®.
Additional features include bottom reading, incubation, multi-mode shaking, atmospheric control unit (ACU), and reagent injectors.
