Having multiple detection modes (fluorescence polarization, fluorescence intensity, luminescence, and full spectrum UV-tis absorbance) as well as optional modes (time-resolved fluorescence and AlphaScreen®/AlphaLISA®), the POLARstar Omega is ideal for any laboratory that wants to perform advanced assays.
In addition to BMG LABTECH’s proprietary ultra-fast spectrometer for absorbance assays, the POLARstar Omega has Simultaneous Dual Emission detection (SDE), which is ideal for FP, FRET, and BRET assays.
Additional features include bottom reading, incubation, multi-mode shaking, atmospheric control unit (ACU), and reagent injectors.
